Absolutely delicious hitsumabushi at ¥3456, crispy sweet char flavoured unagi that will make you wanting more! We also ordered the liver ¥864 and tamago ¥756, a must try as well! Please note that they don't have English menu and they have limited English vocabulary, menu all in Japanese with no photograph. The restaurant is a bit hard to access if you're traveling via public transport, approximately 15 minutes of walking from Komeno Station, I'm guessing that this is where the locals come to get their craving fix. Would definately recommend!

Tatami room, table, bar counter? There are many seats inside the store Parking available Many payment methods available The eel is Unagifuji, Unaharu, and the above is my favorite premise. Approximately 2 groups visited the store just before closing on weekdays. Premium eel bowl, premium hitsumabushi, premium eel jug Order Kimoyaki Umaki Suimono can be changed to liver soup for 330 yen The best eel bowl is written as having 8 pieces of eel. There was so much that I couldn't eat it all, I brought it home. When I told the staff, I was given a pack for free. It wasn't just outside, it was also in between the meals. It's hard not to be able to eat everything, so Anyway, there was a lot of it. I think it was an eel typical of Nagoya, which is outside Paris. I like dark eyes, so I think it looks a little plain.

revisit I came again for some reason. Large serving of eel bowl The Japanese pepper on the table has changed! ? ? It seems like it has turned into something with a slightly more fragrant scent...was it just my imagination...? The important eel... The unexpected scorch power up! I now accept this as the style of the store. Also, the rice had lost its corners and was falling apart, but I wasn't sure if it was because I had polished it too much or if I was using bad rice in the first place... I think hard rice would go well with it, but it's a little crumbly... If you say that the rice in eel bowl is like that, then that's it. Also, it would be a good idea to thoroughly inspect the table. It's bad etiquette to rest your elbow on the cup, but just by placing your arm a little, it rattled and the tea spilled. It's not a cheap set meal restaurant... It was disappointing in many ways. When I visited in the past, I ate the rice bowl (4 pieces) and the special eel ju (1 and a half pieces), but this time I ordered the upper eel bowl (1 piece). If you order a regular serving of rice (large servings are free), it will be served in a surprisingly small bowl. The volume of the eel stands out compared to the size of the bowl. First of all, a piece...it's bitter... The second cut...bitter... It remains charred and bitter until the end. No matter how you look at it, the skin is overcooked. I'm not at the level where I prefer something crunchy and fragrant. bitterness bitterness bitterness... I tried to fool myself with the Japanese pepper on the table, but once again the Japanese pepper had no scent... Even if you shake it up a heap, the scent won't come out... The person next to me must have felt the same way because he kept pretending. I liked the hardness of the rice, but to be honest, it's not the quality I would pay nearly 5,000 yen for. When paying the bill, a group of female store staff gathered around and all turned their butts toward the customer seats. Isn't that a bit rude? ? By the way, while I was eating, a dying mosquito fell down, but I wonder if they are spraying some sort of chemical on it? ? OK? I don't think I will visit again.

Every time I return home, I visit a new restaurant to eat Kansai-style eel, but this time I chose this restaurant, which is a little far from the city. We are heading into the Obon holidays, but the reason I decided to come here was because I was able to make reservations online. I visited just as it opened, and it quickly filled up, so I'm glad I made a reservation. Personally, I found the eel to be overcooked and tasted burnt. Of course, I've eaten Kansai-style eel at several restaurants, so I know that it's deliciously crispy and fluffy on the inside, but I was very disappointed as I had high expectations based on the reviews.

I went to Una Higashi for lunch, which I had always wanted to do. I ordered the upper eel bowl with nakazume, and my companion received the upper bowl. The skin is crispy and the flesh is soft. The sauce is neither too sweet nor too thick, which I like. I was satisfied with the delicious eel I had for the first time in a while.

When I think of Nagoya, I think of Hitsumabushi, so I looked it up on Google and made a reservation, so I came to Unahigashi. I had a reservation for 11 o'clock, but I arrived early and was able to enter …
